Palm Beach Towers is a luxury residential, retail and beach club complex located at the base of the Palm Jumeirah.
The three towers contain luxury one- to three-bedroom apartments and duplexes.
The towers are built on top of the Palm Monorail station which includes a 14-storey parking complex constructed between 2007 and 2009. The car park has almost 4,000 spaces.
On the 15th floor, ie above the podium, there is a landscaped podium deck with pool, sports courts and 8,600 sq ft of retail space.
There are also 32 beach-facing apartments and 16 duplexes in the existing 14-storey Gateway building.
Tubular Tower rises to a height of 285 metres and has 59 floors (44 above podium level); Central Tower, 205 metres, 48 floors (33 above podium); Beach Tower, 206 metres, 48 floors (33 above podium).
Palm Beach Towers also has its own beach club and park, comprising a shaded, landscaped complex with a choice of dining and shopping options, pool, barbecue areas and jogging track.
The development has a gross floor area of 5.5 million sq ft of which 8,600 sq ft is retail space.
In June 2022 the project was relaunched under the new name of Palm Beach Towers. It was formerly known as The Palm Gateway.
